"Dog mum and dad"

AKA Sarah and Matt
The Superhero Dog mum and dad team live in Adelaide, South Australia. They both grew up with dogs and it was a love of dogs that brought them together in 2013. Sarah has owned a successful dog business since 2008 and Matt is the brains behind the product names and everything finance.

When Sarah and Matt welcomed Hurricane Heidi to the family, she was fed premium hand made raw food. She ate like a queen but still frustratingly and frequently refused these high quality meals. Superhero pet food was born out of the need to give variety to meals and encourage a fussy dog to eat. Lots of research, trial and error has produced recipes that even Heidi can't refuse.

This created a love of product development within the family, which also includes two human children who love coming up with ideas to try on Heidi and hopefully pass on to other dog loving families too.

 

 

Hurricane Heidi

2021 - Present

Hurricane Heidi is a Bull Arab x Great Dane

Hurricane Heidi began her life in Sydney alongside Chilled out Chester until he went to Superhero Heaven in 2022. She moved to Adelaide in 2022 and is currently loving life on the beaches, roaming the parks and helping with the taste testing of Superhero pet food products. Rest assured she takes her job very seriously to make sure the products being made are delicious and nutritious.

Chilled out Chester

2008 - 2022
Chilled out Chester was a Kelpie x Koolie mix

Chilled out Chester joined Maniac Millie in 2008 where he spent 3 years playing and having fun with his dog sister until she sadly went to Superhero Heaven. When Chilled out Chester's mum met Lightening Lola's dad he ended up with a new best friend whom he spent 8 years with. When Lightening Lola also went to Superhero Heaven he was joined by Hurricane Heidi. Chilled out Chester's calming influence was great for Hurricane Heidi's 1st year of life until he sadly joined Maniac Millie and Lightening Lola in 2022

Lightening Lola

2007 - 2021
Lightening Lola was a Staffy cross Kelpie. Lightening Lola began her life in Perth before eventually moving to Sydney with her dog dad (the dog dad of superhero pet food). Lightening Lola's dog dad met Chilled out Chesters Dog mum in 2013 and the two superhero's spent the next 8 years together being the best of friends until sadly Lightening lola joined Maniac Millie in doggy heaven.

Maniac Millie

1999-2011
Maniac Millie was a Parsons Jack Russell Terrier Mix who was born in the UK. She emigrated to Sydney in 2007 where she enjoyed life in the sun with her human dog mum (the dog mum of superhero pet food). A few years later she was joined by our other superhero Chilled out Chester.
Millie was a dog full of character and personality. As the name suggests, she was also a Maniac.
